Manager - Information Technology - Big4

Position : Manager - IT - Delhi NCR with Management Consulting Group (BIG4)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the system wide IT business relationship management for India and operational leadership in all topics related to IT services and support

- Manage and drive Run the Business activities, cost management, and transparency at office level.

- Manage Change the Business initiatives - Identify, propose and drive projects to proactively address demand for new IT - solutions, tracking progress and escalating to partner and Global IT leadership when necessary.

- Identify and implement best practices for client team IT support in the India system including putting in place continuous improvement

- Own, drive and ensure IT service delivery metric and KPIs for India on equipment maintenance levels, user satisfaction, case team support and capacity utilization and communicate to senior management

- Ensure effective IT training and consistent employee onboarding processes for all new joiners in India

- Proactively manage IT service budgets for all India offices, identifying where and how to optimize spend, and advising leadership accordingly.

- Actively manage external IT vendor and service provider relationships to identify and achieve optimal service levels and best value to the company.

- Provides status updates and communicates frequently with/to end-users as well as with local, regional and global support and management teams

- ITIL Foundation certified will be mandatory & preferred to have PMP certification

- MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) or equivalent work experience.

- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, Office Suite, Internet Explorer, VPN/network connectivity

- Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions and/or escalate to the appropriate expertise area, including IT Toolbox

- Should be open for Travelling
