Autonomous vehicles need a supercomputer on wheels, it's an AI &amp; SW heavy computational challenge. There isn't an off-the-shelf platform which stands up to this challenge, so we are building our own. We are looking to grow our company, and grow our teams with the smartest people in the world. This group is responsible for the delivery of the core development programs (DRIVEOS) which forms the basis for all customer specific programs, the main development context for the generic Automotive development platform as well as new technology bring-up and development. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, and isnt afraid to roll-up his or hers sleeves and get their hands dirty. You are a self-starter, with phenomenal interpersonal skills. You will support our software development teams, drive and track release &amp; automotive safety milestones, handle software postings &amp; communicate the plan across various Business Units. What you'll be doing: - Drive and track software releases for new hardware and/or new software features. - Implement and maintain software ISO 26262 processes in support of Automotive Safety requirements. - Lead the software release cycle across multiple functional areas including software development, hardware integration, SQA, and product management. - Define releases, drive features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.Develop &amp; contribute to the DRIVEOS PM tooling roadmap and infrastructure implements, deploy and support different tracking mechanisms for different Automotive SW Development KPIs according to ISO 26262 and ASPICEManage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.Work with stakeholders on software issues including technical feedback from different teams. - Improve and maintain all processes related to building and testing the product.Assist in improving processes and procedures within the team.
