Position: Manager- Infotech(security)

Experience : 7+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities

- Evaluate and implement tools to enhance security and/or reduce the effort of maintaining a secure environment.

- Create & update Hardening Guidelines for IT infrastructure & Applications as per best practices & ensure compliance to the same.

- Conduct Periodic VAPT audits for organization.

- Perform Internal IT Audit for Operation processes and related technologies.

- Perform Application Security controls assessment for Cloud based /Packaged/ Customized Applications .

- Hands on experience in managing Trend Micro AV, NGF, NAC, DLP & ArcSight SIEM

- Assist in carrying our E- Forensics as per incident management procedure.

- Promote understanding of, and ensure compliance with the corporate IT policy

- Assist with internal and external audits 3rd party Audits.

- Assist in Enforcing IT & Information Security policies as appropriate.

Functional Expertise

- Hand's on proficiency carrying out in Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Web Application.

- Assessment, Security Audits, Risk Assessment, Cyber-Forensics, ATP- , Incident management, Threat Modelling- etc.

- Strong problem solving, analytical and documentation skills.

- Ability to apply appropriate mitigation and controls based upon level of risk.

- Excellent communication skills - speaking, writing (including processes and procedures), and listening.

- Should be a self-starter, with the ability to learn and perform with least guidance

Technical Expertise

- Familiarity with Windows architecture including Active Directory, MS Exchange, Microsoft Office

- Familiarity with global networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN technologies,, Operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Linux, scripting.

- Proficiency in analyzing Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Web proxy & Content Filter, Security Event Correlation Log Management (SIEM),NAC & VA/PT, Burpsuite, Nmap, Appscan,Wire shark tools for vulnerability analysis.

- Technical knowledge of standards such as IEEE 802.1x

- Technical knowledge of message transmission protocols such as SSL, TLS

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Additional qualifications such as ISO 27001 LA, CEH,OSCP/LPT would be an advantage

- Must: Candidate must have experience in VAPT, forensics, Firewall, risk Assesment, Forensics, Malware Design.
