Manager of Information Security - Work From Home / Remote Role

Manager of Information Security :

The Manager of Information Security will develop and implement cybersecurity independent audit processes for application software, networks, and systems. You will oversee ongoing independent audits to ensure that operational processes and procedures follow organizational and mandatory cybersecurity requirements. The Manager will lead a staff of cybersecurity control specialist and auditors in conducting internal testing, research, understanding, and communicating security requirements related to the organization.

A snapshot of this opportunity :

- Deliver internal audit reports that are clear, concise, identify root cause, and provide value to management

- Lead information security audit reviews and processes including risk assessment, planning, and audit program development to senior management

- Leverage industry leading knowledge and provide recommendations for improvement

- Maintain current Information Security knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies

- Utilize training and coaching opportunities with personnel to reach team goals

- Analyze metrics and report trends and opportunities for process improvement

- Develop, monitor, and report security control effectiveness

- Perform personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation when appropriate

How you can set yourself apart :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Lead Auditor certification or applicable Information Security program knowledge (i.e., CISA, CIA, PCI QSA or ISA, CRISC, CISM, CRMA, CISSP, GCIA, CEH, OSCP, OSCE or ISO27001)

- Relevant experience in Information Security, technology audits, or issue resolution

- Familiar with Travel Industry processes and procedures
