The Information Security & Privacy Manager will be responsible to: - Ensure client commitments with respect to RFPs, Information Security and Data Privacy Questionnaires are met after liaison with internal stakeholders - Review client and vendor contracts for information security and data privacy clauses. Conduct discussions with client's Legal/InfoSec Team to reach a consensus. - Project manage external audits and ensure that the identified findings and actions are tracked to closure. - Implement Vendor Security Framework ; ensure vendor assessments are conducted as per the timelines in the framework - Review Information Security and Data Privacy Policies and Procedure documents as per the best practices after discussion with the stakeholders. - Review/ log security exceptions and incidents - Conduct Information Security and Data Privacy Assessments for vendors - Formulate initiatives to enhance employee awareness with respect to information security and Data Privacy - Support service delivery in preparation for client audits or industry specific certification and compliance programs, such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR and PCI DSS. - Provide subject matter expertise and lead establishment, implementation and maintenance of Information security programs We are looking for you if your profile matches the following: - B.Tech/MBA or BCA/MCA or equivalent combination of education. - At least 4 to 7 years' experience in Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, International business - Certifications ; ISO 27001, ISO 27701, CISM, CIPT/CIPM (preferred) - Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001:2013, PCI DSS 3.2, NIST 800-53, GDPR (DFDs/ROPs) requirements. - Aptitude to prioritize and load balance sensitive projects concurrently - Strong organizational, time management, decision making, and problem-solving skills - Work independently and needs to take ownership in the absence of supervision - The individual is required to possess good oral and written communication skills - Well versed with MS Office
