For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for:

Information Classification Process Manager :

The IC Process Manager oversees and partly executes processes out of the Information Classification process group like, role change, IC review cycle IC protection gap closure, including development, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

- Managing & Executing Development, Testing, Rollout, Documentation, Execution,

- Monitoring & Improvement of Bayer's Information Classification Processes within a small, dedicated team within Bayer's IT Security Organization

- Consulting Stakeholders on the Classification of Information and related topics

- Supporting decision making for process topics in the field of Information Classification

- Finding innovative ways to solve complex problems and actively engage coworkers and other stakeholders

- Contributing to Projects as Subject Matter Expert for Information Classification topics

You will work with :

- CSRM departments and teams

- Information Security Officers

- Business Information Owners and Information Classification Caretakers

- CSRM Program management and project leads

- Divisional Engagement Managers

- Legal, Data Privacy, and Compliance

- Corporate Communication, IT Communications

Who you are :

- Masters degree in IT or Natural Sciences/Math (Physics, Biology, Chemistry) with 5+ years of experience with IT/Information Management

- Applied experience in at least one of the following areas:

a. Process Management

b. Information Management

c. IT Risk Management

d. IT Security

- Ability to structure unstructured situations as prerequisite to find solutions for problems

- Ability to master the complex org structures of a global company

- Excellent communication skills, also in a complex and matrix driven environments

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
