We are looking for an experienced and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer strategy across key platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital engagement, influencer ecosystems, and brand storytelling, particularly within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle space.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and own the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and emerging channels such as Telegram and Threads.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across micro, mid-tier, and macro levels that align with the brands voice, values, and target audience.

- Create structured influencer tiers, pricing models, and performance-based collaboration frameworks.

- Plan and execute monthly influencer campaigns aligned with product launches, brand milestones, and seasonal trends.

- Draft content briefs and creative hooks to ensure on-brand, authentic messaging from influencers.

- Manage influencer pipelines, timelines, content approvals, and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- Drive brand awareness, user engagement, and customer acquisition through creator-led content.

- Utilize viral content formats such as challenges, Q&A sessions, giveaways, polls, and live interactions to boost visibility and reach.

- Build and nurture community-centric narratives that foster trust and long-term brand loyalty.

- Track campaign performance through KPIs including engagement rate, reach, CTR, CPA, installs, and ROI.

- Continuously analyze data to refine strategy and improve the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

- Coordinate with design, content, product, and growth teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with user journeys.


Skills and Qualifications:


- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a founding or lead role within the beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or luxury retail industries.

- Proven success in executing high-impact, ROI-driven influencer campaigns.

- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media trends across various platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- A creative mindset with the ability to identify trends and develop platform-native storytelling strategies.

- Data-driven with experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.

- Well-organized with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

- MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
