- Research and identify key KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)/Influencers within designated verticals especially in banking and cryptocurrency industry;
- Find, onboard and motivate ambassadors to promote our brand and refer new customers on our key markets;
- Find, onboard agencies and platforms that provide Thought Leaders, Opinion Leaders, and Influencers services;
- Identify, onboard KOLs/Influencers specialists from other geographies to extend the brand reach;
- Build an outreach strategy & pipeline, from pitching to closing to ensure the achievement of set objectives;
- Drafting, negotiating, and closing KOL/Influencer agreements;
- Monitor KOL/Influencer activities and proactively provide content ideas for them;
- Help shape the strategy to improve our presence on social media, focusing on KOLs/Influencers & Talent partners;
- Work closely with stakeholders within the marketing team to ensure brand consistency;
- Collaborate with brand, legal, finance and other teams when necessary for approvals and risk mitigation;
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes;
- Lead GTM campaigns that deliver high engagement (i.e. right creative direction for each campaign);
- Monitor industry activity and news, as well as social media visual and cultural trends;
- Be the expert on industry trends and find ways to implement them in different programs; Report on KOL/Influencer marketing campaign results, analyse the ROI and suggest ways to improve the campaigns;
- Document all best practices and learnings to share with the wider teams;
What We Look for in You :
- Bachelor's/master's Degree or comparable work experience;
- 3+ years of experience in managing KOLs/Influencers, either working at a brand or on the agency side.
- Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with KOLs/Influencers;
- Must be a social media maven with experience managing various social networks (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tumblr, Reddit, etc);
- Advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms and trends, and how to optimize the right content per each platform;
- Exceptional writing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Be an effective self-starter with the ability to navigate through ambiguity;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with lucrative budgets;
- Proven ability to work in a result-driven environment;
- Has intermediate knowledge of design and social media planning;
- Industry knowledge in crypto and digital currencies is must.
Salary offered: 10-25LPA
