Manager - Influencer Marketing (3-9 yrs)
Influencer Marketing Manager
- Responsible for managing end to end operations of the brand's influencer campaigns.
- Identify and create a repository of influencers for the brand-act as a relay between the marketing initiatives of the brand and the influencers to drive the most out of the campaigns.
Role And Responsibilities :
- End to end planning to execution of all brand influencer campaigns.
- Create the campaigns around the marketing strategy - finalise on the KPIs to track the success
- Identify and reach out to influencers the brand could partner with. Look at creating long term association.
- Run the brand ambassador program for the brand.
- Assist with content creation - assuring the creatives are aligned with brand guidelines
- Track and report the performance of the campaigns
- Build a solid working relationship with the influencers finding a common ground where both parties achieve their goals.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team - especially with the social media manager
- Keep a tap on latest trends on social media and also with the influencer's community.
- Develop models of engagement with onboarded influencers based on categories.
- Work and coordinate with agencies as and when needed.
- Contribute to the entire UGC goals of the brand using an influencer network.
Requirements :
- Proven influencer marketing experience of 3+ years
- Preferably from an agency background - solid experience working with Category A influencers.
- Should have managed influencer marketing campaigns with annual budgets over 1Cr.
- Should have managed affiliate/commission-based selling programs.
- Confident of using all the key social media platforms.
- Solid knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing strategies.
- Superb people skills - good at negotiating and planning. Adhere to timelines defined.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have a creative mindset.
- Understanding of social listening tools and digital marketing ecosystem is a plus.
