Industrial Sales Managers based in Mumbai & other cities in Western India

Our clients are looking for accomplished Sales Managers to be based in Mumbai & Raipur to take ownership of all sales functions. Will report to the Business Head.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile:

1. Deliver sales targets

2. Develop new OEMs, liaise with OEM's R&D team for new projects/products

3. Resolve technical queries and provide solutions to existing clients

4. Evaluate competitor activity.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: BE / Diploma Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgy Engineering

2. Should have 5-18 yrs experience in OEM Business Development for Industrial Lubricants, Chemicals, Bearings, and industrial consumables

3. Should have worked with OEMs in Construction, Mining, Sponge Iron, and Industrial verticals

4. Must have led a team of 4+
