We are currently working for 1 urgent position of Plant with the Leading Passenger Vehicle manufacturing OEM company - Maruti Suzuki.

We have following requirement :

Position - Manager

Experience : 7- 11yrs

Qualification : MBA/MSW/PGDM (Essential)

Job Description :

Job Role : Employee Relation/ IR

Reporting To : Section Incharge/ Dept head

- Union handling is must

- Policies formulation and implementation

- Handled IR issues like Workmen Counseling & Disciplinary Inquiry/Action

- Handling of Grievance Redressal System at shop floor

- Understand and address employee issues, requests; ensure initiatives aimed at encouraging employee involvement

- Employee Engagement/welfare initiatives

- Handling of Office Administration

- Employee Communication

- HR MIS & reports, ppt
