- Experience in managing IR for large factory( More than 2000 employee)
- Must have experience and exposure of unionized site environment.
- Strong knowledge on labour laws, trade unions and industrial relations.
- Handled grievance / Local issues and settlements.
- Responsible for maintaining harmony at plant
- Handling Multi union at different locations
- Handling unionized labour at the factory
- Handling Contract Labour Management, negotiations and agreements
- Handling many Conciliation with Commissioner of Labour & Court.
- To maintain relevant statutory records and registers applicable as per labour laws.
- Legal & Court cases coordination
- Legal drafting knowledge
- Degree in any specialization MBA/PGDM/LLB/ MLL & LW HR / Industrial Relations
