Manager- Industrial Relations (negotiating Trade Unions), Maharashtra

Job Description:

- We need someone who has strong IR background, must have experience of atleast 2 trade settlements. Well versed in Marathi. Will be added advantage if the incumbent has experience of managing CITU in the past.

- The incumbent will be responsible for bettering the existing IR practices and for introducing new initiatives on the floor. The person should be well versed with labor issues and the legislation surrounding them. 

- He will bring value in managing a workforce that's partly unionized. The external environment consists of such players as contractors, gov. agencies, police, political parties, villages; managing those in favor of the plant is important. The person has to ensure that all the statutory compliances are met. 

- He will play a key role in wage negotiations and settling LTAs.

- MBA in Human Resources Management / IR.

- The overall experience of more than 7-10years in the field of Human Resources.

- Exposure to Plant HR role

- Experience of manufacturing industry and HR practices.

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 15,00,000 to 16,00,000
