Job Description - The role involves leading Industrial Relations for the Mumbai region for a global MNC and reporting directly into the Director ER

Client Details :

Our Client is a global MNC in the aviation industry

Description :

As Manager IR you will be reporting into the Director ER. Your roles & Responsibilities are as follows:

- Managing the end to end IR process for approx 1800 blue collared workers

- Managing Conflict, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, and absenteeism inquiries

- Liaising with labor courts for legal matters

- Managing all statutory related aspects

- Managing the Union related matters and front-ending all negotiations and discussions

Profile :

The Successful candidate must have:

- A Masters in Labor Studies

- IR/ ER exposure and should have handled unions

- Well versed with Shops & Establishments acts, labor acts and factory acts

- Must be fluent in Marathi
