Title - Manager - HR (IR) Location - Mumbai Job Summary Maintain employee relations : Provide employee relation framework for the business unit aligned with corporate HR guidelines, including employing, managing, establishing communication channels, negotiating with workman representatives on personnel issues, monitoring implementation of long-term settlement wherever applicable in order to ensure that harmonious relationship between management and employees. Industrial Relations: - Resolve employees disputes, queries through day to day interaction, counselling, and motivating. Deliver a systematic reporting and analysis on employee/Industrial relations on regular bases. Provide all relevant suggestions and solutions in terms of Employee Relationship - Monitor compliance under Labour Laws. Acquire certification from concerned bodies, liaise with concerned authorities and represent the company in various forums in order to ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Handling disciplinary proceedings and conducting inquiries. - Maintaining relations with a government department for statutory compliance and clearances. - Ensuring compliance with Contract labor Act, Central/State Labour Department, PF, ESI, Factory Inspectorate, etc.
