We have been retained by our client, one the leading Automotive MNC for as they are looking for Manager-IR for Mehsana (Near Ahmedabad)

Job Profile :

- Monitor and sustain productive bi-lateral / Industrial relations with unionised employees and Organisation's Union for maintaining Harmonial relations.

- Entering long term wage settlement by negotiations.

- Responsible and accountable for implementation of all statutes for Contract labour management at the site.
