The opening with leading conglomerate into chemical & textile business has the global presence are looking for Manager-IR at Saurastra Region of Gujarat. Incumbent should have following experience in any processing industry i.e Chemical, textile, cement, Tyre

- Industrial Relations and Legal Compliance's, which includes long-term union settlement, long-term benefits to employees according to LTS, Legal compliance with DISH, Labour Office, EPFO, ESIC, Payroll & Time Management Settlements

- Employee Welfare and Engagement Functions i.e Formulating and Implementing Employee Engagement Functions Calendar, Organizing various events at the plant level.

- Social Compliance.

- Administration i.e Managing the canteen and its various compliances, House Keeping of the plant, Ensure the security of the plant and its management, annual budget related to IR

- Exp- 10 to 15 yrs in Industrial Relations (IR).
