Manager - Industrial CRM - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
We have a related opportunity for the position of Manager-Industrial CRM for one of the fortune 500 companies in real estate.
Position-Industrial CRM
Location- Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon
Experience- 5-10 yrs
Role and responsibilities:-
- The role would primarily involve managing existing clientele, project management of deliverables, act as a CoE for the vertical and drive specific marketing strategies to optimize relationship and business opportunities with clients.
- Increase revenues and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company
- Candidate should have a BE/BArch graduation above or relevant educational background in Real Estate and construction. NICMAR candidates can also apply.
- Should have a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- The candidate should have real estate construction/execution experience, where you should understand construction technical aspects, project management and stakeholder management exposure.
NOTE- Should be a project management resource and ideal if he has warehouse construction/PEB experience. If not, other projects can also be considered. NICMAR candidates preferred.
- Can be based at either Mumbai, Bangalore or Gurgaon
