Roles and Responsibilities - Preparing the details for scrutiny assessments and representing before assessing authorities for all VAT matters - Responsible for GST audit and reviewing monthly GST returns preparation. - Preparation of documentation from Anti Dumping Audit perspective. - Advise on GST applicability on Transactions - Keep updated on all the GST circulars and Notifications - Attend to notices, scrutiny, appeals for GST Matters. - Interact with consultants/advocates for advice, representation etc. - Keep abreast with latest developments in Taxation and update the management about the same on how the applicability for these amendments shall impact the business of the Company. Must Haves - Strong domain knowledge of Indirect Tax ( GST ) - Current Hands on experience on SAP R3 FICO Module - Good Understanding of / Exposure to Expert Finance areas- accounting, taxation, MIS etc, for future deployability - Communication / networking skills- relevant for influencing - 3-5 years experience plus in a middle to large sized Company - Qualification - B.COM, CA, LLB(Optional)
