Manager - Indirect Taxation - IT - CA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Actively researching changes to Global Indirect Tax Laws ( GST, Sales & Use tax, VAT etc.) and determine their applicability to the Company including subsidiaries and branches globally

- Overview of Global Indirect taxes compliances

- Resolution of internal tax related queries

- Integration & Enhancement of various tool for effective tax management

- GL Accounting for Indirect Taxes

- Reconciliation of Tax Accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis & Prepare periodic tax returns and filingsg

- Filing of appeals, litigation documents, working in conjunction with external consultant

- Representing on behalf of the company in front of various tax authorities on the litigations, disputes, scrutiny and/or assessment matters

- Business partnering and Tax compliance

- Liasoning with internal and external auditors and also with government authorities on tax related matters

- Deal structuring & Ad hoc Tax responsibilities

- Tax planning, structuring, and litigation
