Manager - Indirect Taxation - CA

Key Responsibilities :

Indirect Tax :

- Compliance with respect to GST, VAT, CST, Entry Tax and Entertainment Tax.

- Closure of Indirect Tax Assessments of VAT, CST, Entry Tax and Entertainment Tax.

- GST Audit

- Reply to Show Cause notices and attend hearings.

- Drafting of Appeals, filling and attend hearings.

- Dealing with departments like Commercial Taxes, Entertainment Taxes and follow-up with Consultants.

- Working experience in Service Tax like tax payments, returns fillings, reply to Show Cause notices etc.

- Well updated on GST.

Direct Tax :

- Working knowledge of TDS like tax payments, returns filling and e-TDS rectifications.

- Department Liasoning wherever required.
