Manager- Indirect Taxation - The role involves leading the complex, day to day operational planning and management of the Indirect Taxation team - Keeping the Head of Tax and/or CFO abreast of the current Indirect tax situation, recommending and following through on agreed actions that will optimize the companys Indirect tax position and/or cashflow - Contributing to and/or operating within company global tax policy to ensure timely reporting, effective control and good practice - Ensuring Indirect tax compliance for the relevant business or form of taxation including the submission of accurate and timely returns, input to annual reports etc - Leading or contributing to the management and maintenance of strong, positive relationships with external advisers and/or Tax Authorities - Developing or recommending action to raise standards and improve operational effectiveness and consistency through process, technology and/or people capability development - Leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver high quality outputs in the most effective ways. - To qualify for this role you must be a CA with 5-8 years experience in Taxation & good exposure to Indirect Tax.&nbsp; - Preference will be given to candidates with experience within Banking &amp; Insurance companies
