Job Summary : - To lead GST compliance (including e-way bill) working closely with finance team - To liaise with tax department, tax consultants in ensuring tax compliances - Assist CFO in business modeling from tax perspective - Present tax data analysis for reporting to Investors/Senior Management - To guide the finance &amp; tax team on day to day transactions/accounting w.r.t. tax compliances - To define and control various Masters in ERP from Tax perspective - To assist in implementing CAPEX controls in the entity and help in ensuring that the company is protected from any undesirable tax exposure on CAPEX - Cost sharing, cost allocation between group companies, TP, Intra group transactions - Implementing Policies, Procedures, SOPs for tax accounting and operations - Financial Authority Matrix adherence and deliver timely tax reconciliations - To lead all types of tax audits - Interact with cross functional teams to provide consultative support to tax planning initiatives through financial and management information analysis, monthly results, documents review, reports and recommendations. - To lead various tax assessments and compliances (Sales tax, Income Tax, Excise, Service tax, GST, WCT, TDS, EOU, Customs, Transfer Pricing etc) with the help of tax advisors
