Manager - Indirect Tax - Pharma (4-8 yrs)
1. To act as an internal advisor and guide for the business units on issues related to indirect taxation and foreign trade policy.
2. To compile / analyse details of litigation across the business units for quarterly/annual results/meetings.
3. To monitor the pending indirect tax litigation across the business units and contribute in effective disposal of the same.
4. To prepare, update and implement SOPs in the area of indirect taxation.
5. To carry out projects / studies of various business units so as to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, improve compliance and implement changes.
6. To track changes / developments in the area of indirect taxation, foreign trade policy and related economic legislation, study impact thereof and share updates with business units.
