Need to be a tough negotiator and should have awareness of contractual and legal terms and conditions. ; Strategic Sourcing professional need to be exposed with the upcoming technologies and regulatory challenges Typical Day Looks like : Indirect Sourcing issue - 60% Operations Issues - 40% Principal Purpose of the Job: 1. New Partner Development and Partner Management for Integrated Maintenance Expert (IME), Operations Maintenance Expert (OME) and Security Management Services (SMS) 2. Preparation of Zero-Based Costing for deriving the final maintenance/security cost per site 3. Asset Lifecycle Management and control over Asset Integrity 4. Effective implementation and tracking of Consequence Management Matrix (CMM) 5. Timely execution of Contracts and Bank Guarantee Signoff with O&M partners 6. Handling Purchase worth INR 150 Crores for O&M and other services 7. Cost reduction on yearly expense of O&M services with a deflation of 5% annually 8. Contract Governance meetings with IME, OME, SME & SMS services partners and follow up for closure of open actionable points 9. Facilitate in KPI & CPH signoff of IME Partners to Opex & Energy team respectively 10. Responsible for Partner Statutory Audit Compliance 11. Statutory Compliance Audit points closure for IME, OME & SMS services 12. Minimum Wage revision whenever new notification is released by Government/Guard Boards to ensure all PO's are released as per latest minimum wage guidelines 13. Warehouse Audits on monthly basis for all IME partners to check availability of spares with IME's 14. Coordination with internal and external customers for smooth operations 15. New idea implementation and execution 16. Exposure to basic level financial analysis by conduction periodic profitability analysis of key partners 17. Capability of developing pipeline of suitable O&M partners for ensuring availability of right partners 18. Capability to train IME personnel on 'Correct Ways of Working' for ensuring deliverables
