Manager - Indirect Procurement - FMCG (6-9 yrs)
Negotiation of techno-commercial terms with suppliers for various categories.
Conversant with sourcing of multiple categories among the following :
i. Marketing (including Media planning and buying, creative agency and other ATL related buying)
ii. Admin related services (including Integrated facilities management & soft services)
iii. Travel (e.g. Airlines and hotels)
iv. Sales ( Inshop branding, POS, BTL activities)
v. IT and related purchases (e.g. Licenses, Services & switches, deployment)
- Understanding of internal customer requirements and devise sourcing plans
- Develop strategy papers for critical and strategic categories
- Negotiate contract including payment terms with suppliers to achieve target savings and drive projects for cost optimization
- Control mechanism at system level by entering relevant information in Contract / PO
- Meet Procurement service levels as agreed with internal stakeholders
- Conduct Supplier evaluation, Supplier performance improvement, Supplier rating
- Drive consolidation projects to reduces waste and optimize supplier base
