Manager - Import - Chemicals Business

Responsibilities:

- To Handle Full Import Process - Procure to Pay

- Import of Chemicals as RM, Instruments, Machines, Engineering items etc required for Chemical/Paint/Lubes Industry.

- Import Sourcing, Planning, and issuance of Import Orders to Suppliers.

- Negotiations with Vendors, Inventory Planning, alternate vendor development & strategic procurement.

- Co-ordination with Shipping Companies, Air Lines, Courier Companies, Forwarders, DGFT, DGAD, DGCI as per requirement.

- Well verse of EXIM Policy and self-updating related with Import Laws.

- Import Related MIS Reports

- LC drafting and Issuance.

- To obtain various licenses and permits from respective agencies like CIB, Drug Controller, BAFA.
