Manager - Implementation/Business Analyst - Consulting Firm

Responsibilities

1. Understanding of Datasets / Business understanding of KPIs - How metrices impact business Management and how can insights be drawn from the Data

a. Able to generate insights and translate into business questions for systems training

2) Understand client needs and be able to translate to it to the product need

3) Past experience of Client interaction from an insights deriving perspective is a must

4) Hands on experience of Excel / Pivot. Understanding of tools like SQL will be an add on

5) Openness to learn and Able to follow processes and prioritize items

6) Great communication skills and soft skills

7) Good project management skills and ability to deliver on time

8) Technology background will be a good add to understand the product and its working
