Job Title : Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Department : Finance Based out of (Head Office)

A. Position Summary :

- The person will be responsible for assisting in IFRS implementation & related compliances from Finance function perspective.

B. Key Responsibilities :

- Assisting in preparation of Ind AS/IFRS compliant Financial Statements and related reporting templates

- Support for Gap Analysis, Financial Impact Assessment

- Assisting in creating concept/position papers

- Assisting in preparation of IFRS Chart of Accounts and accounting hierarchies

- Assisting increating accounting events for IFRS accounting and SOP framework

C. Job Specifications :

Technical Skills :

- CA with experience Financial accounting and reporting, preferably in Insurance industry or Big 4.

- Must have experience in IFRS with one cycle implementation exposure. Exposure to IFRS 17/

- IFRS 9/IFRS 4 is good to have and /or experience of Insurance USGAAP. Expert knowledge of excel , excel modeling skills.

Other Skills :

- Insurance Knowledge ,Excellent Written Communication skills, self-starter

KRA's for this position would be :

- Assist in preparation of position and concept papers for enabling Management decision

- Support in Stakeholder Coordination - Regulators, Shareholders & cross functional

- Assist in Timely & Accurate preparation of Ind AS/IFRS compliant Financial Statements and related reporting deck

- Support in setting up of accounting framework - IFRS Chart of Accounts, accounting hierarchies, for creating accounting events for IFRS accounting and SOP framework

- Responsible for preparation of excel models for generation of accounting for specific transaction

Qualification and Experience Level :

- Qualified CA (2015-2020 batch) with IFRS implementation experience

Reporting : Report to Head Corporate Accounting
