Manager - IFA Channel - BFSI (6-9 yrs)
We have an Urgent Requirement for Channel Manager IFA with one of our Client based out in Chennai

Job Description -
1) Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to understand and drive IFA channel sales across the country. This role is responsible for designing and structuring the brokerages for IFAs such that they remain attractive and competitive. The role is also responsible for designing and rolling-out sales promotions and contests for IFAs.

Key Challenges for the role are as follows:
a) A comprehensive understanding of the business, products, operations, and its regulatory environment is important for designing relevant campaigns targeted at enhancing IFA empanelment, activation and engagement.
b) Currently, approx. 50000 IFAs are impanelled with BSLAMC. Due to the large volume, managing engagement and touch-points with each IFA needs to be simplified for efficiency and effectiveness.
c) There is a need to strike the right balance in the sales campaigns run across the country to cater to the diverse needs of the large number of IFAs across geographies.
d) It is critical to find the optimal balance between regulatory requirements, competitiveness of the market and internal profitability while determining the brokerages for the IFAs across products.
e) Seeking buy in from various sales heads/ regions in terms of the IFA schemes rolled out
