Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision- making abilities

- Solid experience Manged Services handling multiple accounts in shared model

- IAM solution design, development and implementation experience especially on Sail Point Identity product experience.

- Strong knowledge in Pre-sales, proposal and RFP experience

- Manage the day to day activities of the IAM group

- Well-grounded technical know-how in IT Security (network, OS, databases, web technologies, application development)

- Act as a trusted advisor to the team, creating a positive and supportive work environment

- Review of security internal control procedures.

- Experience managing senior-level client relationships

- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

- Coordination, review and implementation of other requests such as:

- Demonstrable experience of strategic and tactical thinking and working in information sensitive business(es)

- High degree of empathy, assertiveness, and persuasiveness and potential to lead small teams

- Manage all team HR functions including hiring, training, planning and assigning work, coaching and development, talent and performance management and conducting annual reviews
