Manager - Human Resources - TravelTech Platform

Our client is one of the largest travel tech platforms in India

- An ideal should come with 2-7 years of post MBA experience. Prior experience in a tech company + B.Tech/B.E. as an educational background will be preferred

Job responsibilities will be as follows:

- Create, automate, innovate and operate with an aim to create 'world-best' domain practices, policies processes and programs; while concurrently run operations in the area.

- Objective - Create stuff that creates 'wow' for stakeholders; that external world and candidates would notice and talk about. Award winning and media worth solutions.

- Most importantly, all our programs are mission critical impacting direct revenue , talent supply and retention; or they are essential for our global expansion.

- Domain will given to you will be based on your aspirations, talent displayed and past experience; aligned with what is our top priority
