- Good Communication Skills

- Look at Grievances and employee life cycle

- Set-up PMS and competency mapping from the scratch

- Manage recruitment lifecycle with HR team members

- Can do employee engagement activities & employee experience tracking

- HR analytics initiation and retention planning

- Advance excel knowledge and good at policy definition

- General HR operations process definition and management

- At least 4+ years of experience in HR operations & PMS

- Would be fine working for 6 days
