Manager - Human Resources - Software Industry

This position is for a client in IT software and is a MNC. They want someone who has worked in the Software Industry as an HR Manager. Should be based in Bangalore. Should be an MBA from a Premium B School. We will only look at candidates who have worked in Software Industry in Bangalore.

The role involves :

- Create & manage HR guidelines & HR handbooks, actively engage with all levels of managers to create alignment and implementation.

- Design, plan, and implement compensation and benefits programs & participate in compensation surveys and competitive analysis - both external and internal.

- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement & development.

- Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively.

- Manage payroll & benefits for the entire organization.

- Create HR dashboards to track key metrics for periodic assessment of HR functions.

- Be responsible for administrative and statutory compliance of HR policies.

- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization, implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams.

- Be very hands-on in everything that you do and balance strategic projects and day-to-day operations.
