Role: HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing employee life cycle

- Taking care of Onboarding/Induction process of new joiners

- Oversee daily operations of the HR department

- Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees

- Creating company policies based on best practices

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist role.

- Knowledge and Understanding of Corporate HR Ethics

- Leading B School will be preferred.

- HR Induction Planning

- Employee Engagement Activities

- Employee Query Handling

- Good communication skills
