Responsibilities:
Culture Building and Strategic HRM:
1. Develop strategies to enable the people managers to work towards building and sustaining an outcome focused caring culture and self-managed working teams.
2. Lead on developing and implementing HR strategies
Talent Acquisition:
1. Design, develop and implement recruitment strategies, including process flow and procedures
2. Assess people required for successful implementation of the strategic Plan
3. Ensure compliance to and quality of the recruitment process
4. Liaison with external partners to bring in the right resources
Performance Management, Training and Development :
1. Develop and implement performance management initiatives, and ensure the quality of the process is maintained
2. Develop and Coordinate training and development initiatives
Employee Retention Plans :
1. Develop and implement initiatives that support employee retention
2. Monitor and ensure quality of processes
Separation and Continuing Relationship Plans :
1. Lead in developing and implementing procedures for respectful separation
2. Develop process and coordinate maintenance of relationship with alumni
Administration :
1. Ensure documentation related to all core functions, including correspondence and letters, Staff files and related documentation are in place
2. Maintenance of databases staff, universities/institutes, consultants
3. Lead the development and implementation of feedback and satisfaction surveys
4. Ensure compliance to applicable Labour Laws and policy administration
Skills :
1. Communication (both written and verbal) to be able to communicate to everyone in the organization from support team to leadership teams. Interact with external partners (colleges, institutions, recruiting agencies, partner organizations)
2. Analytical and presentation skills

4. Organisational and business awareness
5. Conflict Management skills
Knowledge :
1. Designing and implementing various people processes, systems and policies
2. Assessment and screening tools and techniques, and application to the specific needs of the organisation
3. Industry/ Sector best practices and application to the organisation
4. Labor laws to ensure statutory compliances
Education & Experience : An MBA/ MSW with specialisation in Human Resource Management with 7 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and functions
