- Candidate should be MBA from Premier B School with 3-5 yrs experience into HR Generalist role post MBA. Before MBA work experience will not be taken into consideration (2 yrs post MBA + 1 yr before MBA)

- Candidate should be ready to relocate in any where in southern zone of India.

- Candidates who are restricted for only certain locations in South should not apply

- Candidates need to apply first before raising any query

- Manpower Planning and Talent Management

- Recruitment of right candidate for current ongoing profile

- Ensure right talent at right time across business units through Internal and External Recruitment

- Identification and career planning of the employees

- Forecast vacancies and Succession planning Performance Management

- Implementation & Formulation of Functional competency framework

- Prepared Individual Development Plan as per Functional competency framework

- Prepare training schedule for employees

- Manage implementation of the talent development plan and ensure delivery of planned trainings to all employees within the business unit Employee Engagement

- Planning and Execution of employee engagement activities for the Business unit

- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, and helping resolve work-related problems

- Design and Implementation of Incentive Proposal for employees
