Role description:
1. Partner with Business | Function head by providing HR perspective on business strategies
2. Review organogram, identify future manpower needs and ensure timely availability of manpower in line with the business plan
3. Support recruitment team and functional heads in the closure of positions
4. Ensure smooth transition of the new recruits through proper induction program and on-boarding activities
5. Facilitate implementation of talent management and succession plan
6. Implement capability development framework in consultation with corporate L&D
7. Enhance employee engagement through various initiatives in consultation with corporate HR
