The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI): IFCCI is a not-for-profit bilateral business Chamber that fosters and promotes mutually beneficial relations between India and France through channels of trade and industry. IFCCI is looking for a Manager- HR & Recruitment to help with the activities of the HR & Recruitment division. The incumbent will be based in IFCCIs Mumbai office and shall report to the HR & Recruitment Head based in Mumbai for its day-to-day operation.
About the HR & Recruitment Service:
- The activities of the HR & Recruitment Service are as detailed below:
- Assist Indian and French Nationals in finding employment opportunities in India.
- Assist French/Indian companies in recruitment of French speaking Indians/Indians who have studied or worked in France
- Organize HR committee meetings / Seminars & Workshops
- Support activities of the IFCCI Higher Education Group
- Help French and Indian Companies with HR Advisory services
- Business Development/Client Acquisition to offer our recruitment and HR advisory services to new companies.
- Promotion, development, and execution of the Indo-French Training Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the HR & Recruitment Head in the recruitment assignments and assist with communication, administration and accounting processes as follows:
Recruitment Assignments:
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle for all level positions - Screening, shortlisting, evaluating profiles viz a viz client's requirements from various sources like Portals, Database, Networking,
- References, headhunting, etc
- Work independently on Recruitment Assignments and achieve revenue targets.
- Support the Head- HR & Recruitment in the recruitment assignments.
- Ensure that all CV's received are uploaded and maintained on the HR database with the help of the HR Assistant.
- Strong experience in client management, understanding client's requirements.
- Ensuring that the candidates join on time by keeping constant follow-up with them.
Planning and Executing HR Events: - Drive and promote activities and initiatives of the IFCCI HR committee
- Plan quarterly events and meetings for the committee members
- Manage relations with the leadership of the HR committees
- Execute HR Events and trainings and generate revenue
- Plan and Execute HR Conclave and Awards
Communication: - Supervise HR Assistant to provide the HR & Recruitment content for the E-Newsletter and Newsletter on monthly basis
- Prepare Invitation and Event Write-ups with the help of HR Assistant.
- Respond to candidate emails regarding job opening and registration of their CV's in our database.
- Vetting the communication related to IFCCI HR Committee
Business Development: - Support the HR & Recruitment Head in business development, preparing presentations and reports.
- Promotion of Services of HR & Recruitment department
- New clients of Recruitments, HR Advisory
- To provide HR Advisory services to our client
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Graduation or a Post-Graduation in any field
- 5+ years of experience in hiring and recruitment
- Strong exposure Social Networking & Data Mapping thru job portals, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook etc
- Clear written and communication skills
- Proficiency in English language
- Written and spoken French is an advantage
- PR and Marketing skills for business development and maintaining relationships with member companies & non-member companies
- Experience or knowledge of HR processes will be a plus
