Manager - Human Resources/PMS & Training - Manufacturing (4-12 yrs)
We're looking for a Manager- HR (PMS & Training) with a Pharma Client based out of Faridabad
The brief JD is:
- Conducting detailed TNA - TNI and develop a customized training intervention.
- Plan for PMS and PMS Calender
- Setting up training calendar, facilitate and organize training workshops.
- Engage with stakeholders for traning needs and Plans
- Designing and Delivering e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more.
- Measure Traning effective
- Design and Deliver content for Soft-skill & Behavioral Trainings.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Note - The client works six days a week
