Job Responsibilities

This is a generic HR profile .

The person would be responsible for Talent Management initiatives including :

- Employee Engagement

- PMS

- Employee Satisfaction

- OD, etc

Desired Profile :

Prior Plant experience is NOT a constraint.

Candidate should be an MBA with specialization in HR from a good B School, along with 6-8 years of relevant experience.

Candidate should be having good conceptual clarity on HR fundamentals and be strong in communication abilities.
