Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - This role would be accountable for various - HR - Centre of Excellences- design and implementation for Corporate Office employees spread across India. - Responsible for Strategic Level Talent Acquisition and Campus Tie ups. - Responsible for design and implementation of Performance Management System encompassing KPI settings, PMS Reviews, Linking to annual Reward mechanism etc. - Responsible for HR Policies review and Improvisation. - Responsible for HRMS Management. - Responsible for Group Mediclaim Policy Management. - Responsible for Employee Engagement initiatives design and implementation. - Responsible for Training &amp; Development initiatives - Streamlining &amp; Standardizing various Employee Life Cycle related processes. - Would be a Single Point of Contact for all Corporate HR Initiatives deployed across India. Desired Skills: - Independent hands-on experience of PAN India Corporate Initiatives implementation and management - Should possess experience mix of multiple - Centre of Excellences- and Generalist HR role - Should have exposure on multiple entity management. - Should possess strong MS Office skills - Strong People Management Skills
