Manager - Human Resources/Performance Management System - IT (7-9 yrs)
HR Manager(Performance Management System)
Responsibilities:
- Identifying training needs for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively
- Ensuring that the department is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Conducting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives
- Providing coaching and feedback to employees on how they can improve their performance
- Evaluating employee performance to determine who should be promoted or demoted within the company
- Creating employee evaluation forms and conducting performance evaluations
- Determining employees' compensation levels based on job performance and experience
- Monitoring employee attendance to ensure that employees are regularly showing up for work on time
- Participating in hiring decisions by conducting interviews with candidates and reviewing resumes and applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in business, human resources, or related field
- 7+ years' experience in performance management, HR field
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful performance management programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
