Manager - Payroll & Statutory Compliance An European MNC based out of Andheri(East), Mumbai. is hiring a Payroll Manager for their Indian Operations Role : HR Manager (Payroll & Statutory Compliance) Location : Mumbai, Andheri East Span : PAN India responsibility Educational Qualifications : Graduate + MBA from a good B school Key Responsibilities : - Complete ownership of the payroll process. - Resolution of Employee queries in a time bound manner - Responsible for managing Pan India Payroll Operations - Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of payroll data once received from the vendor - Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages) - Managing employee benefits program - Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance - Vendor engagement & management for payroll and statutory compliances - Investment checking and updating - Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations) - Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.) - Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes Career Growth : Manager - Payroll and Statutory Compliance can be later groomed into a C&B person.
