Position deliverables The role envisages the following three areas of activities: 1. Support top management and executive office: a. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary b. Contracts documentation and oversight c. Be responsible for calendar management and travel schedules for executive management as needed 2. Office management which would entail: a. Up-keep of all office equipment b. Records management and filing 3. Support with personnel and HR matters a. Human resources and recruitment coordination b. Supporting fillings of EPF, ESIC and other employee filings c. Enhancing systems to enhance satisfaction of the team You must have - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - 5+ years of experience in the kind of role described above. If you have been playing a similar role in an Executive Office that will be significant plus - A steady employment background that demonstrates sincerity to one's role - An ability to multi-task and be goal oriented - An excellent grasp of the Microsoft office suite and online tools It would be nice if you had : 1. An MBA in Human Resources Management 2. Worked in a consulting organization
