Manager - Human Resources - Online/Internet/Consumer Tech

Looking for an HR Manager for a well funded Consumer Tech firm and part of a large Venture Fund Organization in Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

- HR Generalist

- HR / People / Talent Analytics

- Compensation & Benefits

- HR policies defining and execution

- Managing PMS, L&D

- Corporate HR

- Team Management

- MBA / PG in HR from Good college (BE / BTech Preferred though not mandatory)

- Around 5 to 11 years of experience in HR

- Have experience in New Age organizations or start-ups

- Good experience as an HR Generalist managing Corporate HR

- Have good knowledge of HR policies, Compensation Management, Setting up processes, People Development, Talent Analytics, HR Digitization etc

- Good personality and great communication

Not looking for TA, L&D or C&B specialists. This role is for someone who has experience of managing overall HR of a unit.

Budgets : ~20 LPA

Location : Mumbai
