Manager - Human Resources - NGO (7-12 yrs)

Have a deep interest in the Social Impact area and want to work with a leading International NGO that is rated as Great Place to Work?

The role is based in Bangalore but needs someone who is willing to travel 8-10 days in a month to different centers. So please do read before applying as this isn't an office based job. You would need to engage with people at the ground level to create real HR impact.

The role will include:

- Be the HRBP to address and proactively address all employee concerns/grievances

- Identify and analyse training needs for the region and work with the team to ensure implementation

- Ensure timely implementation of PMS within agreed process guidelines;

- Work on regional resource requirements, partner to close roles.

- Maintain and update personnel files including details of joining, compensation, promotions, transfers etc.

- Gather field employees' feedback through ongoing one-on-one interactions, exit interviews etc.; collate inputs and share with team to better design future policies / processes.

- Assist in carrying out Employee Satisfaction Surveys as assigned.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory & non-statutory HR aspects, i.e. PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.

- Handling of all HR related legal matters including labour disputes, court cases etc.

To fit the bill:

- You must have 7+ years of HR experience

- You must have worked in social impact area for a few years

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in a couple of South Indian languages will be preferred.

- Master's degree in Management with specialization in HR / Social work
