MBA HR (2 yr full time) from reputed B-Schools with sound experience in Hay Group or similar Job Evaluation & Analysis systems aimed at designing effective organizations; clarifying inter-dependencies and accountabilities;
managing succession and talent; and setting competitive, value-based pay policies.
- The requirement is for a trans-geography global giant having operations in more than 30 countries
The major responsibilities shall include:
- Capability Building. Conduct & enable Training and employee communication on aspects of role clarity and leveraging JE principles.
- Provide necessary support in the Job Analysis and Evaluation implementation process across the Company. Support in technology implementation for effective operations.
- Build Systems and processes to enable businesses to implement Job Analysis and Evaluation processes
- Analyze organizational structure of the businesses from the efficiency points covering areas of Span and gap analysis and design & develop Analytics to support organization structures and job evaluations.
