HR Manager
THE ROLE:
- We are looking for an HR Manager, who will work with senior HR leadership team to drive and implement various HR initiatives in the organization
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR and highly efficient. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Assist in implementation of all Talent Management initiatives
- Work with Stakeholders of various group entities for driving HR initiatives
REPORTING STRUCTURE: As the HR Executive, this role will report to the VP Corporate HR Talent Management COE.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- 3-9 years of proven experience as HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
- Track record of managing the HR function of a global MNC.
- Strong people capability, independent, mature leader, balance of soft & tough,
Personality and Behavioral competencies such as:
- Expertise in C-Level Stakeholder management
- Detail orientation, Data-driven approach
- Assertive, Decisive, Fast-paced
- Ability to communicate across levels
- Grounded approach & Maturity
- Executive gravitas
EDUCATION: MBA from Premier Institute preferred (People coming from Tier1 Institutes also would do)
