Job Description

Job Title: Manager - HR

Division/Department/Plant: TSI 1&2 India

Location : TSI-1 Silvassa, TSI-2 Bhilad

Hierarchical Manager: President

Mission

- You take the role of HR professional of TSI organization with the scope of HR management

- You take the responsibility to arrange strong Administration at TSI with team building for new plant plan of company.

- You report directly to TSI President to review, rearrange and create HR related matters to realize TSI for profitable and sustainable growth in terms of HR strategy and governance

- You partner closely with the business to build initiatives and solutions around organization, talent, culture and connection. With an ability to influence and build relationship, you collaboratively work with major players in TSI to achieve results.

Role & Responsibilities

- You contribute to support TSI President to lead and direct HR, IR and Admin strategy and governance for TSI

- You study, review overall HR related aspects in TSI in order to create new HR governance

- You work with TSI leaders to understand current and future business goals and trends that may impact on work force needs and initiatives. Provide insight and energy as to how the organization may be structured in order to achieve business strategy.

- You are able to effectively present and communicate at all levels of the business. Able to use knowledge and influence to support business strategy at executive levels.

- Comfortable with dealing and presenting to management teams

- You have to collaborate with existing HR team in the course of the activities

- You are a driver to create new TSI HR strategy in India

- You need to manage unionised labor relations and internal communications, acquire and manage talents

- You need to manage hiring for new plant of company at all levels.

- You have to provide compliance-based management support

Professional Experience:

- Experience in human resources policies, talent mgt. & leadership development.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, staff & workmen.

- Experience in educating and coaching staff.

- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.

- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.

- Ability to give presentations, training and hand holding for individual development.

- Experience in Industrial relations work, Wage settlement negotiations and Union relations.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Languages:

- Hindi & English is must.

- Gujarati & Marathi knowledge will be of additional benefit.

Qualifications":

- MBA in HR

- Labor Law qualification will be added advantage

- Min. 15 years exprience in HR

- Min. 6 years exprience as Manager role
